Hypnotherapy is a form of communication facilitating positive change in behaviour, boosting a persons concentration, eliciting changes in perceptions, sensations, feelings, unwanted thoughts and behaviours. Hypnotherapy can be used both with children and adults.
If you are taking medication of any kind, it is advisable that you inform me of what you are taking. It may be necessary to gain your doctor’s permission before proceeding.
We all have positive qualities which is why hypnotherapy can help boost your concentration, motivation, determination, optimism and self-esteem. Assisting each person to reach solutions involving the mind, having a positive affect on your emotional and mental health wellbeing.
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way of working with a person. The person is always in control and can not be made to do anything that they do not want to do. Hypnotherapy promotes self-empowerment helping people achieve solutions to life challenges, which at times may appear to be overwhelming.

Firstly, it’s really important for me that I enjoy my professional work, which means regularly meeting new people and more importantly engaging with their personal challenges.
When I am not working, I love being outdoors and enjoy walking my dogs, cycling and yoga.
